ffado-mixer-qt4 software package provides FFADO D-Bus mixer applets (QT4), you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install ffado-mixer-qt4
ffado-mixer-qt4 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the ffado-mixer-qt4 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep ffado-mixer-qt4 *
You will get with ffado-mixer-qt4 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
